The Sr. Civil Engineering Project Manager manages the full scope of work from preparation of proposal through construction. Duties include overseeing all technical aspects of airport projects, reviewing all documents for quality control and quality assurance, and coordinating engineers and sub-consultants. Interacts directly with clients during the pursuit phase, design phase, and through the construction phase. Represents AVCON at industry forums and events. This position is based in AVCON's Charlotte, North Carolina office.
