**Job Description**

This role supports a busy mobile kitting department by assembling, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment in a clean, climate-controlled, metal-free facility. You will handle boxes and kitting tasks, maintain accurate records, and work autonomously while meeting productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and kit materials according to established procedures and work instructions.
+ Move boxes and materials within the department, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Build and palletize loads, including wrapping pallets and preparing them for storage or shipment.
