Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagement programs such as Product Advisory Councils, User Groups, and Client Advisory Boards.
• Define and continually improve these programs to optimize their effectiveness.
• Build relationships with customer contacts, ranging from C-Level to developer level, to encourage program participation and ensure programs align with customer needs.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop content and agendas that drive value.
• Track and communicate metrics of success and insights for improvement.
