Job Posting Overview The Senior Client Operations Manager (SRCOM) is responsible for end-to-end management of large or complex projects and indirectly managing Client Operations Managers and Coordinators. The SRCOM is a main communication link between internal stakeholders and clients (for project related discussions). The SRCOM is expected to be a subject matter expert for critical processes and procedures and to lead and successfully complete special projects as assigned. Responsibilities Pre Work-Creation (large or complex projects) Consult with Director and Client Engagement Manager to understand client and project objectives.
