The Sr Collector is responsible for administering all activities related to the collection of consumer, real estate and commercial loans to ensure that overall delinquencies and loan losses incurred by Thrivent Financial Credit Union are maintained in accordance with peer performance and the risk profile of the institution. The Sr Collector is responsible for coaching and mentoring Collectors I and II.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
+ Maintain delinquencies in accordance with peer performance and the risk profile of the bank .
+ Maintain effective communication with customers in an attempt to resolve poor credit performance.
+ Pursue the recovery of charge-off loans.
+ Document all activity taken to collect non-performing loans or assets.
+ Participate in regular assessments of the bank ’s asset quality, including the review of classified loans, as well as those assets which should be charged off.
