Objective

The Compliance Service Specialist III is considered a SME (Subject Matter Expert) within the registration department with a vast understanding of registration processing, internal compliance operations knowledge while supporting transactional requests for one of the teams in compliance services; New vehicle paperwork, RegEx, State Transfer or Follow up. The specialist will cultivate relationships with DMVs and trusted vendors to ensure partnership across the industry as well as support and articulate complex regulatory changes to the operational teams to stay in front of regulatory updates. The specialist will be well-versed and able to operate within external and internal systems and technologies to manage processing and communication.
