RESPONSIBILITIES
**I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
β’ Functions as a primary technical resource, facilitator and leader in identifying priorities, compiling and analyzing complex data, developing complementary programs, and facilitating implementation and management.
β’ Works with cross-functional peers and system management to develop policies and procedures.
β’ Serves as team lead on system-wide projects, including delegating work to department staff.
β’ Participates in planning and conducting of professional development and training modules.
β’ Participates in orientation and training of staff. Inputs into competency evaluations and performance appraisals in accordance with all policies of QHS.
β’ Conducts and leads extensive research activities on all applicable laws and regulations for commercial and government contracts.
