Cost Control Manager Position Purpose The Cost Control Manager is responsible for overseeing, validating, and monitoring the cost performance of the Project, ensuring that approved budgets, forecasts, commitments, change orders, and cost reports are properly managed by the Project Teams, Consultants, and Contractors.
