**JOB SUMMARY:**

This role will require four days per week on site at the Envista Corporate Headquarters in Orange County, California.

The **Senior Counsel** will be a member of Envista’s in-house legal leadership team, representing the company’s broad portfolio of dental businesses and providing legal support to Envista’s global commercial operations. This lawyer will report to the operating company General Counsel and will serve as Senior Legal Counsel for Kerr, Metrex and Orascoptic (KMO) businesses globally, as well as Envista’s Implant businesses (Implant Direct and Nobel Biocare) in North America.

The Senior Counsel will be responsible for partnering with business clients and other members of the global in-house legal and compliance team to provide effective legal support in areas including, but not limited to, contracts, compliance, marketing, and competition.
