In this role, you will impact customer retention and satisfaction by providing expert support, driving process improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

+ Serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, repairs, and returns.
+ Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
+ Analyze errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve customer service processes.
