As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist at Empresa confidencial, you will play a crucial role in managing complex customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries related to orders, shipments, repairs, and returns, while collaborating with various departments to efficiently resolve issues.
You will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager and work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by driving process improvements, managing the order lifecycle, and serving as a key point of contact for customer concerns to enhance operational efficiency and customer loyalty.
