Build and own the full customer evidence engine, defining how the company captures, validates, and tells ROI stories through case studies, testimonials, and other proof assets.

Produce multi-format content (video, written, and audio) that highlights measurable outcomes for complex enterprise buyers in healthcare and other regulated environments.

Launch the organizations first Customer Advisory Board (01): define audience, charter, cadence, member recruiting, and ongoing operating rhythm.
