As a Sr Customer Success Management Professional at Honeywell, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive onboarding, adoption, and upsell opportunities. You will report directly to the CX Program Management Manager and work out of one of our Ontario locations on a hybrid schedule.
