The Senior Data Scientist is a dedicated role supporting IHG’s strategic partnership with Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV), responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of predictive and prescriptive AI/ML models.

Operating within a joint IHG–HICV delivery model, this role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, explainable, and production-ready solutions. The role leverages an iterative, test-and-learn methodology to continuously enhance model performance and drive measurable business impact.

Your day to day

+ Lead the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of predictive and prescriptive AI/ML models, from design through deployment and continuous optimization.
