Description
End-to-End Flow Design
- Design and evolve user flows across the full product lifecycle, including onboarding, funding, withdrawals, dashboard, gifting, public site, and student experiences
- Translate business requirements and product goals into clear, intuitive user journeys and interaction models
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and engagement
Prototype Development & Research Support
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes (primarily in Figma) to support user testing and concept validation
- Partner closely with UX Research to design experiments, usability tests, and A/B tests
- Iterate designs rapidly based on user feedback, insights, and analytics
