Job Description
A client is seeking a Sr Director leader to join their group. This leader will oversee end-to-end engineering strategy and delivery across a portfolio of ~25 digital applications, including web, mobile, ecommerce, and marketing/media platforms built across Adobe ecosystems, native mobile applications (iOS), and a .NET-based backend. They will operate in a hybrid cloud environment (GCP/Azure/AWS), supporting complex integrations across SaaS platforms and other third-party systems. The role also includes oversight of data environments leveraging technologies like Oracle and MongoDB, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across the digital ecosystem.

On a day-to-day basis, this individual will lead a multi-layered organization of ~120 engineers, directors, and managers, driving team structure, pod rationalization, and overall engineering output.
