In this role, the successful candidate The Sr. Director for Radiology, Cardiology, Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery is responsible for providing administrative oversight, financial planning, as well as operational direction and evaluation, in a manner consistent with the departmental/divisional mission, purposes, and goals with a focus on the following:
Ensure patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and implementation of strategic services to achieve service line quality, performance, and growth. This includes the creation and implementation of appropriate staffing models.
Provide guidance to the following: Cardiology (inpatient services and all consult services) and to the Departments of Radiology, Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery.
