Responsibilities Leadership and Management - Recruit, on‑board, and coordinate the training of APAC MSLs and Senior Managers.
- Oversee all aspects of the Performance Management Process for the APAC MSL team.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration of the MSL team with key Alcon functions, optimizing support and alignment.
- Communicate routinely with peer leadership in APAC medical and cross‑functional teams (HEOR, Therapeutic Area Leads, Franchise, Marketing, Medical Information, Regulatory Affairs, etc.) to ensure proper communication and execution of key initiatives.
