Airswift is searching for a Sr. Drilling Design Engineer

Schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Airswift is seeking an experienced Sr. Drilling Design Engineer to join a leading operator in the oil & gas industry. This role will be responsible for developing detailed well drilling programs, optimizing well designs, managing technical risks, and supporting the successful execution of complex drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate detailed drilling programs based on engineering requirements and operational needs.
• Lead well design and construction activities for conventional, unconventional, HPHT, and technically complex wells.
• Evaluate casing designs, hydraulics, torque & drag, and drilling performance parameters.
