Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责 1、Conduct new project evaluation and propose vision solutions (lighting, camera, lens selection), including feasibility verification. 进行新项目评估并提出视觉方案（光源、相机、镜头选型），并完成可行性验证。 2、Develop and optimize vision algorithms (image preprocessing, feature extraction, defect detection, dimensional measurement, etc.). 开发并优化视觉算法（图像预处理、特征提取、缺陷检测、尺寸测量等）。 3、Integrate vision systems with PLC, robots, and automation equipment; debug industrial communication protocols (Modbus, EtherCAT). 实现视觉系统与PLC、机器人及自动化设备的集成，并调试工业通讯（Modbus、EtherCAT等）。 4、Support maintenance teams in improving existing AOI equipment. 支持维护团队对现有AOI设备进行优化改善。 5、Define acceptance criteria for outsourced AOI equipment with process engineers and suppliers, and manage the full project lifecycle. 与工艺工程师和供应商共同制定外购AOI设备验收标准，并管理项目全过程。 6、Provide training, guidance, and technical support to production and relevant personnel. 为生产及相关人员提供培训、指导和技术支持。 7、Track project cost, labor, and lead time; maintain BOM and spare parts li...
