Responsibilities and Tasks:
Lead process AMC control and N₂ / advanced FOUP environmental control initiatives.Improve process capability while reducing manufacturing and production costs.Establish, manage, and continuously optimize process control and improvement projects.Define and set process parameters for a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.Evaluate, plan, and support the qualification and implementation of new equipment and materials.Perform abnormal issue analysis, root cause investigation, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
