Main Responsibilities:

• Deployment of customer specific requirement.
• Gauge identification for new program.
• Measuring equipment identification to meet product requirement.
• APQP gate closer as per program time line.
• Gauge report sign off with as per Program Target & time line.
• Submission of PPAP documents & PSW Sign off as per time.
• Close Coordination with PD/ PM / Mfg to ensure all the issue reported during Builds to be close before SOP.
• Weekly meeting with customer for warranty concerns if any.
• Coordinate with PM / PD/ Mfg and customer for ECN implementation.
• To stop machine if process not running as per requirement.
• Internal AAR approval ( inhouse / supplier parts)
• CAPA Submission to customer.
