Role Overview The role involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes at GlobalFoundries.
Responsibilities - Execute engineering splits on development lots
- Device testing and report generation
- Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues
- Own lots while learning the HV specific process/device development
- Support high voltage test structure layout and device optimization
Requirements - Degree or master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science
- 2‑3 years of process integration or technology development experience
- Exposure to high voltage device development is an added advantage
- Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics
- Good understanding of design of experiment for process development
- Good communication skills and teamwork are essential
