The incumbent is responsible for leading a team of R&D engineers for product development, production line transfers, design-for-manufacturability execution, and sustaining engineering activities within a high‑volume production environment. The role bridges Global Product R&D and Operations, ensuring that product designs are successfully translated into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions.
