Position Title: Senior Estimator


Position Reports To: Regional Manager, Central Estimating


Position Summary


Senior Estimators are responsible for all aspects of bidding a project including l abor, time and materials requirements to determine overall cost of projects. This role is responsible for increasing profitability through comprehensive cost estimating. Essential Functions


Interpret s and analyze s contract documents regarding terms, specifications, clarifications, and requirements for each project and prepare estimates and bid proposals.


Estimate s majority of the work applicable to the respective region or business line, including, target projects and owners list, and managing bid flow.


Read s and interpret s sophisticated specs and drawings.
