Support the Ops Manager in assisting the Clinical HOD(s) and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services to support the running and expansion of the CPGM department/clinic. Specifically for the planning and implementation of the move to Pavilion wards.
Supporting the Ops Manager to drive the strategic expansion and promotion of precision medicine services, identifying new market opportunities and developing partnerships with clinical stakeholders.
Coordinate and work closely with various stakeholders within and out of the hospital such as clinical, nursing, facilities and other operational, Ministry of Health (MOH), National Health Group (NHG), community partners or third-party vendors on behalf of the Clinical Department(s), such as but not limited to facilities/infrastructure matters, patient queries, IT issues, regulatory matters and financials.
