Responsibilities:

The Sr. GAD Specialist ensures that gender considerations are fully integrated into the study and project design. Responsibilities includes:

• Gender analysis and data collection
• Stakeholder consultation and participation
• Compliance and framework application
• Planning, costing and impact assessment
• Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in social science, sociology or related field
• Must have 5 years relevant experience in Gender Assessment for infrastructure/road projects.
• Must have familiarity with HGDG (Harmonized GAD Guidelines.
