Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 7+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging founders/leaders of newly founded and venture‑backed GenAI startups to identify their technical and commercial challenges/opportunities, map those needs onto Amazon’s people, technology, knowledge and programs, and mobilize assets to work on behalf of those startup customers.
• Acting as the voice of the startup customer by discovering, capturing, and reporting back patterns and learnings from the field about opportunities related to GenAI.
