Position Overview

Our client, a global manufacturer within a highly regulated industry, is seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the lead HR partner for its Cypress manufacturing campus. Supporting approximately 250 employees, this role will partner directly with senior operations leadership across manufacturing, production, and engineering while serving as the HR Site Leader responsible for cultivating a high-performing, engaged workplace culture.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys influencing business decisions, coaching leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, and developing talent strategies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
