Position Overview

            
Lead and manage SAP functional, technical, and application support teams, ensuring strong delivery and performance.

Own IT service delivery and system stability for manufacturing and supply chain systems across Mexico operations.

Drive large-scale SAP implementations and enhancements, including multi-site and multi-country deployments.

Ensure integration of SAP with third-party applications supporting end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Oversee both daily operations (support, incidents, SLAs) and project delivery (build) activities.

Partner with manufacturing leaders to identify process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.

Manage global coordination across internal teams, external partners, and system integrators.

Ensure governance, risk management, compliance (e.g., GxP), and continuous improvement practices.
