As Lead Systems-VI & PTIS, one must frequently interact with VH, VMS Head, VES-GPH’s, CPH, PEH’s, PMH, PMO, VMS/VES/PTD/EPT COE Heads, Design Studio, Launch Planning, CDMM, Product Quality, PVT, Validation, Service team, EAVD, Product Planning, Digital Marketing/Brand Manager, Digital marketing teams.
The role requires all round technical, multitasking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills to manage the team and monitor VI&PTIS deliverables under stretched project timelines, conflicting system requirements and ever-changing system designs. The role is to keep team focused and motivated enough to continue project deliveries keeping product and end-customer in sight.
Criticality of this role can be ascertained from the fact that his individual contribution and his team’s performance have a direct impact on seamless launch of products for which our organization is investing.Experience
