What this job involves

• High level of independence – work independently without close supervision and deliver consistent, qualitative Lease Administration services for JLL clients.
• Act as the primary contact for all parties to keep lease administration database current and accurate.
• Liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation, manage document workflow, and work closely with other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed timely and accurately.

Highest qualitative delivery

• Generate monthly reporting packages that include critical dates and portfolio summaries.
