We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Legal Counsel (m/f/x). Ideally you have a solid commercial contract experience and working experience within the renewable energy industry. This position is remote within the European Union and will report to our Legal Director Europe,ideally you are located in Germany, Spain, or the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracts: Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts, including sales and procurement agreements, and supplier agreements
Provide strategic commercial advice on contract management and risk mitigation.
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly those related to battery manufacturing and the renewable energy industry.
