Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and supporting the management and operational functions within the legal section.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Legal Affairs.
• Preferred: Experience in handling complex contractual aspects and providing legal opinions in a corporate setting, preferably within the maritime, logistics, or corporate sectors.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certified Contract Management Professional, Certified lawyer.
