The Senior Maintenance Coordinator (Sr. MC) leads Facilities Management operations for the community, ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, families and team members. This role oversees building systems, grounds maintenance and regulatory compliance while managing team performance and departmental budgets.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily facilities operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and equipment repair
• Respond to building emergencies and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
• Maintain life safety systems, fire protection equipment, alarm systems and disaster preparedness protocols
