**Overview**

Intuit's Consumer Group powers TurboTax and TurboTax Live — serving tens of millions of customers each tax season. At the heart of our operational excellence is the ability to accurately predict customer demand and translate it into expert supply — getting the right experts, in the right channels, at the right time.

We are looking for a **Manager 2, Data Science** to lead the Demand Planning Data Science team within the Consumer Group's Expert Network (ICS). This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of advanced forecasting, operational strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will own the models, methodologies, and insights that drive how Intuit plans for and responds to customer demand across Full Service and Assisted Tax products.
