**Job Description**

**This leadership role assists the Global Process Owner in finance migration, process standardization, digital transformation, process improvement and other change programs. Responsibilities include implementing AI, digital technologies and automation to enhance Record to Report processes in terms of efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.**

**The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical skills in digital tools and expertise in running change activities. They will work closely with various collaborators both within and outside of Global Business Services, ensuring a coordinated strategy to achieve Workstream goals. The job holder will play a key role in the Workstream’s business expansion opportunities under the Global Operating Model by leading finance migration activities and tracking critical deliverables.**
