Profitable Customer Growth β this role will be directly accountable for driving new customer acquisition, influencing channel revenue growth and ensuring efficiency of the media spend (CAC, ROAS, and payback).
Demand generation - Develop, communicate and execute the business marketing strategy across all marketing channels, inclusive of SEM, social, CRM, affiliates and new channels for the business (podcast, video, other).
Funnel Ownership - Manage awareness, consideration, retention & re-engagement programs to drive business outcomes.
Channel Management & Oversight - Partner with channel owners/agencies on setting the strategies, oversee channel program execution, learn and adjust plans as required.
New Channel Ownership - Recommend and pilot the execution of new paid, owned, and earned media channels and tactics to support profitable business growth.
