Operations group in Renesas refers to divisions in manufacturing, QA, SCM, procurement. This role reports to, and partners closely with, the Global HR Business Partner to support Enterprise Foundations - Operations leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic enabler and executor of Enterprise Foundations - Operations people priorities, partnering with senior leaders to drive business-aligned people strategies. You will leverage your understanding of Renesas’ processes, systems, and culture to provide insights and solutions that enable leaders to make effective, data-driven people decisions.
