The Senior Manager directs all aspects of regional menu commercialization of core and assigned products and their corresponding suppliers. He/she directs Wendy’s International QA programs and partners regarding food safety, quality, nutrition, sanitation, production, CSR and animal welfare of multiple products in accordance with the departmental plan of action and regional regulations. He/she manages product compliance including auditing, product evaluation, lab testing, data management and other necessary management tools.
