Lead our Ontario logistics and warehouse operations, driving throughput, quality, and patient safety across a Philips-operated site while collaborating globally.
**Your role:**
+ Lead end-to-end warehousing, inbound receiving, storage, handling, and outbound transportation for the Ontario site, ensuring efficient execution in full compliance with quality, regulatory, sustainability, and trade requirements.
+ Lead a team of approximately 10 direct reports covering warehouse operations, assembly, shipping, and fulfillment, fostering a culture of Health and Safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
