Position Responsibilities:

Lead a team that spans our AMXL Cross docks, Fulfillment Centers, and Sort centers to plan labor capacity, drive throughput improvements, and establish a hiring strategy to support our operations to get products closest to our customers. Execute initiatives to improve our first leg of the supply chain. This team manages labor planning functions and assumptions establishing the short-term capacity plan. Own driving the strategy of weekly planning as well as partnering with teams across operations, safety, PXT, and Supply chain to create accurate and executable plans.
