Job Description

Provide quality and cost‑effective real estate services and strategies, supporting Hydro One’s transmission and distribution business. Protect and enhance the value of the Corporation’s real estate and facility assets while pursuing external revenue opportunities.

Specific Accountabilities

• Through collateral relationships with the Vice‑President, Lands, Buildings, Services and Security, develop, implement and monitor real estate and facility programs that directly contribute value to the business strategies of Hydro One’s transmission and distribution operations.
• Prepare 2–5 year asset strategies and implementation plans for Hydro One’s lands, buildings and facilities in line with changing client needs.
• Lead and manage approximately 35 staff across functional areas: Corridor Land Management, Rights Acquisition, Leasing, Aboriginal Lands, Employee Relocation, Property Tax, Records and Fac...
