Experience: 6-8 years in B2B sales / minimum 4 years selling to BFSI

We’re hiring a Senior Manager Growth for a leading B2B fintech and enterprise SaaS company. As the Senior Manager Growth, your responsibilities would be:
- Own a defined annual quota across new business and account expansion within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of 3x+ coverage through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner referrals.
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through close, including solutioning workshops, POC orchestration, and commercial negotiations.
