JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Talent Marketing serves as the talent leader for Universal Destinations and Experiences' Center of Excellence talent attraction, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing strategies. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide talent marketing initiatives that strengthen the employer brand, increase candidate engagement, and support workforce planning objectives across multiple business segments. As a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition and business leadership, this position establishes best practices, drives consistency in recruitment marketing and candidate experience standards, and ensures alignment of talent attraction strategies across the organization.
