**The Role**

Act as a Point of reference between HQ in Luxembourg and Local Functions for the definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Workforce Planning processes within Wells, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines, cost control, and organizational efficiency. The role reports to the VP Organization and Improvement within the People & Organization team.

**What You’ll Do**

**Workforce Planning**

+ Lead planning scenarios, market move, carry-over and Capabilities & Efficiencies programs.
+ Coordinate with Wells P&O for local planning guidelines.

**Monitoring and reporting**

+ Prepare Vacancy Tables, Spans & Layers analysis, and related presentations.
+ Manage HC & Salary Cost planning, variance analysis, last estimate preparation and reporting.
