The Role
We are looking for a senior mechanical engineer who has lived inside the final third of product development and knows how to close the gap between a validated design and a product shipping at volume. This is a hands-on, program-owning role. You will drive DFM with our suppliers, manage NPI programs end to end, and ensure our products are built right the first time at scale. You are not a project administrator. You are the engineer who flies to the factory, finds the problem on the line, and drives the fix before it becomes a costly mistake. Key Responsibilities • Own NPI programs end to end from design freeze through mass production ramp • Drive DFM and DFA with suppliers and contract manufacturers in Asia • Lead pilot builds, EVT/DVT/PVT cycles, and production readiness reviews • Manage tooling programs: injection molding, metal forming, and precision components • Own BOMs, ECOs, and technical documentation throughout the NPI cycle • Qualify suppliers and manufacturing pro...
