Proposing and implementing FM budgets, and monitors related spendings.
Ensuring all technical and legal regulations with regards to facility state and operations are met at all times.
Achieves mechanical maintenance operational objectives by contributing to preventive maintenance; preparing and completing preventive maintenance schedules; identifying issues and acting upon them for permanent solutions; should possess breakdown-resolving skills; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
