Oversee all activities in production services team and accountable for the system working of Control-M
Assign batch jobs and scheduler to the L1 SMC team for monitoring
Properly arrange staff duty roster, scheduler encompassing breaks, holiday, medical leaves, emergency leaves, etc to ensure sufficient support to perform day to day management of the batch job request
Assist and guide production services team in handling troubleshooting related to batch job scheduling, administration, job runs, change request, incident
Ensure production services support operates in an orderly manner.
Guide and advise production services team on daily tasks and escalations
Assist or participate in any activities that been assigned by SMC Lead in related to production services
Take responsibilities to perform Service Request/Change Request that raised by System or App...
