Sr. Performance Marketing Manager - Remote (US or UK)

Red Sift is looking for someone to own the engine that drives inbound pipeline. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for a performance marketer who is equally comfortable in a Google Ads account and a Salesforce pipeline report. You'll run campaigns yourself, pull your own data, and make budget calls.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage an agency and review reports.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps for paid demand programs, informed by pipeline goals, audience insights, experimentation learnings, and performance trends.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, audiences, messaging, and funnel stages to improve efficiency and scale pipeline contribution.

Paid Channel Execution

• Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts end to end, including strategy, execution, budg...
